Languages -

Controlling harness. Gazer is encased in a appropriately sized harness, housing a psi-reactive crystal that can be used to control it as if it was a Familiar. It requires a telepathic ability (either innate, or acquired through use of a spell or an item).
Scaredy. As a bonus action, the gazer can move up to its speed from a hostile creature that it can see.
Mimicry. The gazer can mimic simple sounds of speech it has heard, in any language. A creature that hears the sounds can tell they are imitations with a successful DC 10 Wisdom (Insight) check.
Targeting Ray. The targeted creature must succeed on a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw or be marked until the start of the gazer's next turn. While creature is marked that way, the next attack against it has an advantage.
Scan. The controlling entity may switch its sense into those of the Gazer drone subject the same rules as for Find Familiar. While scanning, a controlling creature may use their Detection spells as if they are originating from the Gazer drone.


Any sufficiently analyzed magic is indistinguishable from technology.
