Description

Rogar is a gangling blond man of no definite profession. Once, he tried to move up in life by finding employment as a local nobleman's man-at-arms, but had to return to Otari after the lord's destrier kicked him in the head, giving him a permanent expression of offended surprise, recurring fits of rage, and certain simpleness. Ever since, he's been living in the village, doing odd menial jobs.
