Четыре дня назад, в непосредственной близости от планеты, из варпа вышел сильно поврежденный корабль. Уклонившись от преследования Vigilance, он попытался совершить посадку на планету. Связь с островом Ивомис Саксум, куда пытался сесть корабль, прервалась сразу после крушения. Две валькирии, отправленные для воздушной разведки не вернулись. С целью сохранить секретность, огромный столб дыма Администратум выдает за извержение вулкана Ивомис, а вокруг острова силами PDF установлена обширная зона карантина.

Корабль идентифицирован как Novitatis Avidus, небольшой транспортный корабль, принадлежащий Торговому Дому Беласко. Выход из варпа внутри звездной системы считается риском, граничащим с самоубийством, а выход прямо на орбиту планеты статистически невозможным. Ордо Херетикус очень интересует, откуда у Торгового Дома Беласко такие возможности. Решено отправить небольшой отряд аколитов на Ивомис Саксум, и извлечь максимум информации из Novitatis Avidus, до того как конклав инквизиторов санкционирует орбитальную бомбардировку острова.
